Zinc Borate Dispersion is an off-white paste consisting of high-quality Zinc Borate dispersed in a synthetic isopropylated triaryl phosphate ester to form a synergistic flame-retardant dispersion.
It is used as a polymer additive to achieve excellent low-smoke flame retardant material. In addition, Zinc Borate dispersion is also a potent anti-fungal and anti-bacterial additive.
Antimony Oxide paste is a dispersion of a very fine Antimony Oxide powder in plasticizer. It is used as a flame retardant in plasticized PVC.
Calcium Oxide 4:1 is an off-white paste of high-quality Calcium Oxide dispersed in phthalate plasticizer and is used as a polymer additive to remove any free moisture present in plastisol formulations.
The Calcium Oxide reacts rapidly with the water to produce Calcium Hydroxide. The paste, itself, remains stable to atmospheric moisture due to the hydrophobic barrier of plasticiser between the reactive Calcium Oxide and the atmosphere.
